Legal Action Against A Drunk person abusing to the family members

I have worked as headmaster At zp high school Nuze ndla .The ever I entered the school a local person came and using abusing wards with jealousy on my family members.He is aged 75 and retired person fulldrunkurd.A person in that school not working properly call him by phone and harassing g me with his help and demanding money with the cause of a person other than that village worked should pay one lakh for every year of their working in that village.please kindly suggest me the way to face this problem legally
When the same repeated you just record the into video and along with school elders as well village elders report the to the police there after police will take care of the matter so that you will not suffer this problem any more.
