Judgment made by courts in pretext to marriage cases

09-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I would like to seek an advice from a lawyer who has ever handled a case of a complaintant who was victimized on pretext to marriage more than once or twice and in each case the accused was different. I would like to know from a lawyer who has litigated in such situation and if he can share his experience that in any of such case the accused is convicted or rather the complainant is blamed about her character and malafide motives. Judge they go through all the material on record in each case or they make up their mind before hand just because the complainant has been fraudulently deceived multiple times and they believe any educated female cannot be cheated multiple times.

Dear Client,
Court of law only presume the statement made by complainant in matrimonial issues. Yes circumstances may be considered by the court only in existing case. In one existing marriage, complainant may be cheated, but for what, which is matter of narration. In the same matter within the marriage there may be many times cheated , if married, but once case is files before court , matter shall be substantiated by court. Educational back ground does not play much. Blaming character is not easy task to deduce on evidence.
pls. rate on review. you mau consult for proper legal recourse and needful action .
