Jaypee Homes builder refusing to pay our money invested in projects

Invested in Real Estate Project 5 yrs back, project didn't started and waived off. Builder now denying to pay our dues back. Case is filed in High Court. In last hearing builders lawyer said they are moving to nclt. What action has to be taken from our end ?

As per your query

You need to file a Consumer dispute in the Consumer court for delay in providing the flat as agreed or to recover the amount paid to the builder along with the interest thereon. Further you can also file a criminal complaint against the builder under the Maharashtra Ownership of Flats Act.
