Is there any punishment under IPC for hiding criminal court cases (Cyber crime matter related to hacking and private picture distribution) from wife before marriage ?
Yes it is an act of cheating for which after marriage, you alongwith your wife will face consequences, directly and indirectly, directly by you and your wife being part of you may have to face issues indirectly, so it is better you be thruthful towards your partner
