I have filed one bail application through fir in that period my chargesheet also submited at lower court so i filed bail application through chargesheet at lower court now i want to know that if my bail application rejected at lower court that time ivhave to file again bail application at high court but my previous bail application is pending what ido
You could have mention to the court the pending bail application to consider as a bail
application after chargesheet.. even now if it is disclosed before the trial court that your bail application is pending before the highcourt and though the trial court has entertained your application, you can mention the HC to consider your bail application to consider aftarr chargesheet.. if HC doesn't permit for that you can withdraw the previous one with a liberty to file a fresh application..

You cannot apply for bail before two Courts at a time. You have not cleared that whether the bail application is anticipatory or regular.... but both application can’t go together. if you write in details then true or correct reply can be given
