as per your enquiry I will give you my best advice that if you think that you have been falsely implicated in the criminal case then you can file the petition under section 482 of Cr.PC before high court and pray for quashment of FIR, the high cou5has power to quashed the FIR if thinks that any body is falsely implicated. Further more if you want to proceed in the trial court and think that you have sufficient evidence about your inocency like phone recording then produce it before the trial court or you can file the application under section 227 of Cr.PC for discharge you from all the charges against you. so for as the genuineness of the phone recording is concern when you will produce before the the trial court the court will examine it that wether phone recording is genuine or not there only after you can get the benefits of it and use it for your defence.

I hope this advice will help you to understand and face the problem. If any other enquiry or any confusion the you can post another enquiry on my Lawrato profile or can book the appointment for meet or call.
