Husband not appearing for the hearing in a domestic violence case

My husband didnt submit written statement in court .in domestic violence case.and he did not appear for hearing .court gave time .now next hearing i will get maintenance or not .and till now no order s passed.

Change your advocate/firm who is looking after your case as you ought to get a maintenance... your husband is on bail?? And why No written objection was filed? WhY didn’t he presented himself in court? What was your lawyer doing?? Contact us through lawrato...

You ought to get your Maintenance as quick as possible.
Kindly tell your Advocate to speed up the process.
If in case of laxity on side of your Advocate change him/her immediately.

Only After passing a order for maintenance you will get maintenance from your husband. It could include your other expenses for court proceedings. If a summons was sent to your husband he is bound to appear or a warrant will issue on his name after three consecutive dates.

If the Court gave time or did not fixed for Experty hearing, then Hearing did not fixed then the question of order for Maintenance does not arise at all. At first he submit W/S, if he fails, then it will fixed for Experty Hearing. After hearing from the side of Petitioner, Ld. Court will pass order as experty.
