how to file atracity case on a guy who promised marriage later cheated

fir is filed on a guy who promised to marry but later cheated. currently he is in abroad.i belong to SC. how much time will it take to take action on basis of atracity case?
Time is unpredictable. It’s better for you to pursue with your advocate and you can file 420 and criminal breach of trust case. Issue a LOC notice on him. If you have any idea of which country he is presently in LOC notice will go to that country’s embassy from India.
