Please share name of the Company so that records can be checked on the website of Registrar of Companies.
Secondly, you can file private complaint u/s 200 of Cr.PC for fraud and forgery against your brother
Or file a police complaint with the Police.
You can also file Suit for Declaration praying that any act having been done by you in that Company should be considered null and void.

Dealing with the misuse of your name and forged signatures on legal documents is a serious matter that requires immediate attention. Here are steps to take if you suspect your signature has been forged:
  1. Gather Evidence: Collect all relevant documents and evidence that indicate the forgery. This may include copies of the forged documents, genuine signatures for comparison, and any communication related to the matter.
  2. Contact Authorities: Report the forgery to your local law enforcement authorities. In India, forging a signature is a criminal offense, and the police should investigate the matter.
  3. File a Complaint: Lodge a formal complaint with the police, providing them with all the evidence you have gathered. Ensure that you cooperate fully with the investigation.
  4. Legal Assistance: Consult with a criminal lawyer who specializes in forgery cases. They can guide you through the legal process and provide legal representation if needed.
  5. Document Everything: Keep a detailed record of all interactions related to the forgery case, including dates, times, and individuals involved.
  6. Bank Notification: If the forgery involves bank transactions, notify your bank immediately. They can take steps to secure your accounts and investigate any unauthorized transactions.
  7. Court Proceedings: If the matter proceeds to court, your lawyer will help you build a strong case, including presenting evidence to prove the forgery.
  8. Punishment: In India, forging a signature is a punishable offense under Section 465 of the Indian Penal Code. The punishment can include imprisonment and fines.
