If you are innocent file a written protest application to Senior Police Officers U/s 36 crpc 1973 forwarding a copy to T I and investigating Officer stating your innocence and if that also does not yields out anything and charge sheet is file without evidence against you then file a 482 crpc petition before high court else you can file a discharge before the concern court where chargesheet is filed

FIR is a legal document. Editing in the same is not permissible without the permission of the court.
In your case, if the said case is being admitted for trial then you have to move to high court for quashment of the FIR.
