hello, I am a fresher lawyer and I want to know that there is my client, who Is a real estate agent and he got cheated by the promoter and we need to file a complaint in the police station under section 120b, 200,415,416,417,420,499 and 500. but police is not writing FIR and referring us for a civil case
can anyone advise how can I force police to write my client FIR and under which section and advise with relevant judgements.
note; we had already filed the complaint before the magistrate but due to COVID, the court is not opening and we want to create pressure on the accussed.
