Hi, while you can recover the money that you have mentioned here.There is precious little you can do to force her to marry you or be with you.To the contrary she can file multiple cases against you.Try not to tread into this territory.

At max you can recover your dues.

You can file a complaint with the local police .if the police doesnot register a case of cheating and criminal misappropriation, a criminal complaint before tje magistrate. All the relevant sections can be mentioned after going through all the facts in detail.Infact I am already appearing in a similar case in supreme court where in similar case the girl after enjoying money of the man married but later on left him saying that she doesn't love him and will return the money spent by him if she developes love for him

I really appreciate your patience and feelings for not harming such a lady who has cheated you, but one thing you must bear iñ mind before taking any legal action against your ex-girlfriend which is whether she has really cheated you or she had done everything in pressure?? I was recently cheated in the name of love. I was in love with a girl for past 5 years and recently there is no news of her, its been almost 2 months. I tried to get in touch with her but to my tragedy I came to know that she got married. It was really heart breaking and am not able to concentrate in anything. We had physical relationship couple of times, It happened because i was sure of marrying her. She borrowed 50000rs 5 months back. I feel cheated and I feel my love for her is being used. I dont want to go behind her and blackmail her instead I want to know CAN ANYTHING BE DONE

if your had spend the amount 50000rs five month back. Please inform the mode of money spend on your girlfriend. Apart from this kindly share some other evidence in respect your friendship so that cheating can ascertain properly.
