Getting harrassed by a female (mentally challenged) stalker

I am getting harrassed by a mentally challenged girl, who used to be in my college in 2012. She is messaging and calling me using different numbers, and has somehow found my parents address, and goes there multiple times. I have tild her clearly many times that I have no interest in talking to her, but she is not accepting the reality. All these messages and stalking of my social media account (linkedin, Facebook etc) is causing me a lot of trouble. What is the way out ?
Well We can file a Writ Petition against her that she is breaching your fundamental right of Right to live with Peace Freedom and Right to Privacy by continuously monitoring your activities online and offline. We can get her arrested and make her liable to pay penalty under certain sections of IT Act We can also get her booked for causing Mental Harassment to you.
