Final Report filed by City Crime Branch, lost/misplaced by Court Staff

26-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I am handing a case in which an FIR has been closed before a Judicial Magistrate(JM) and a Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) has been filed by the Police. I as a defacto complainant have filed a Protest Petition and its due for Order. Durning all this, the final report filed by City Crime Branch(CCB) has been misplaced/lost by the court staff and the Magistrate is not passing orders with the available photocopy of the order. The matter is pending for almost a year, the JM is neither requesting CCB for a copy of the Final Report or taking action/memo on the court staff. How do I proceed? Is there any citation that I can use to persuade JM to pass orders with the photocopy of the Final Report filed by CCB. #FinalReport #RCS #JM #CCB #TamilNadu - Advocate SSN.

you can make a complaint before the district judge for the mistake of the court staff. you can also file a directional case at Madras High court to pass order by the JM. these are 2 method available to you. Madras High court Advocate Muralikrishnan
