My friend had an affair with his married office collegue in 2010 -2012. She said she will divorce her husband and get married to him, as he is a bachelor. But she said he has to bear her expenses. They broke off in 2013 but that woman started blackmailing him in the pretext that she will tell the seniors. He left the job in 2014 and moved to another city but the woman continuously demanded money and also took his credit card. Till date he was paying fr the credit card and making IFSC whenever demanded. Now he is in a financial mess. He has blocked the card. She doesn't have any intimate photos nor any emails, sms etc. Please guide how to act once she knows that the credit card is blocked.
if your friend has been harassed and blackmailed then what your friend can do in order to avoid this problem is to have a legal legal notice sent through an advocate so that blackmailing and harassment be prevented without any further loss
