False promise of marriage and cheating and blackmailing mental torchur

24-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I was in a 2 year relationship with a boy ,he has done physical relationship with me in the promise of marriage. I had truly loved him and now I am completely broken emotionally and mentally. I went to his house to request his mother and father but they r also not agreeing for marriage and they r blackmail me . The boy is also emotionally blackmailing me .everyone is saying that you had done physical relationship with your consent soo it will not a rape case your FIR is invalid . I have lodged an FIR against him but deny for medical examination as I have all the proof of physical relationship in our WhatsApp chat . Before going to 164crpc his father has blackmail me to say before the magistrate that I want to withdraw the case because now they are ready for marriage. Whatever his father has told me I said to the magistrate but after that his father blocked me and they are not ready for marriage. He has also done forcefull physical relation with me in ranchi but don't have proof of it.

your 164 contents will be material. kindly contact an advocate as soon as possible and explain all your action with documents. I can assure you even if you have said that you want To withdraw the case as he has agreed to marry you and it has been recorded by the magistrate under 164 and the boy do not fulfill the promise you can still continue with the case and get him prosecuted for the rape. in order to understand your full case it is important to go through your fir and 164. then only further advice can be rendered.
