False POSCO Act and other sections case filed against my brother.

Hi Sir/Madam, I humbly submit that a false case U/Sec.5 r/w.6 of POSCO Act, 376, 506, 374-D, 448 I.P.C. filed against my brother, me and my mother in July, 2019 by the complainant, who is aged 20 years now, with the help of her father and other family members. Brief contents of FIR are alleged that in 2016, my brother was harassing the complainant in the name of love and with the knowledge of my family, he ravished her several times in 2016 and further alleged that we encouraged him to ravish her. My brother is in remand in August, 19 since past 90 days. My name and my mother name were deleted as per orders of SP and now they threatened my family to file other case and damaged our goodwill in society and I am Government employee. Pls, suggest how to fight against them as they are influenced people. This is false case. Our family suffered alot mentally. Every day, that girl creates nuisance and threatened to file this type of cases against me and my mother with the help of family.
