our neighbours built illegal buildings without any permission from GHMC / HMWSSB our house is abused by the neighbours garbage throwing , drainage leakages and kept windows opened at our side against act.The building owners are pardanashini women .The GHMC issued notice to them for demolish they approached Anti social elements and bribed police to lodge false cases on me which involves Ist case U/S ipc 500, 506 against APSIC 31708/11, 2nd case 354A against 18600 3rd case IPC 448,384,506,34 against highcourt /home secretry direction to CID who found on enquiry the matter is civil nature 4th case IPC 153A 295A MH act 24 the 4th case proven as false case in anticipatory bail and police confessed before viiiAMSJ court . now advice how to dispose the remaining 3 cases

you should file a quash petition under section 482 cr.p.c and get cases against you quashed given that you are facing false cases.
you should also approach high court for demolition of unauthorised construction as ghmc officials will be forced to demolish the unauthorised building under high court directions
