I'm a banker in public sector bank, a man my neighbor sending (speed post) false complaint in random name in random matter like i'm criminal, i can harm bank, not providing services to public, and taking bribe, to my head office, 3-4 complaint received, investigation office not found any complainant given name and address, not found any discrepancy with public inquiry. i know who doing this but none of complaint he sent his name. what i can do in this matter.. ???????
I will advise you to file a defamation case if you are sure who is sending this, even before filing defamation case you should send cease and desist legal notice, if he stops sending you post after that then it's totally fine else you can proceed with defamation case (civil or criminal).
