Fake sexual harassment case being frames

A fake sexual harassment case is being framed on me. I am working in a school and office maid trying to in group with other employees supporting due to my close proximity towards management are trying to put me in a fake case. No sexual relationship existed apart from on humanitarian ground helping her with money deposited in her bank account as a hand loan which she don't want to return. Also trying to put me in marriage promises and all blames even after knowing not only by her but all that I amarried having 3 year old baby. What can I do?
defend yourself if there is a case put up on you or else do nothing unless and untill any case is being registered against you or else you file a case pf defamation against all these people with handful of evidence as to how they are trying to defame you
