Exemption from appearance in Criminal Trail

Hello Sir,
I have a case registered against me with Section 498a and 306 in year 2016. Currently, the trial is going on in the Pune Sessions Court. There are unavoidable delays in the trial. My question is, Can I directly approach the Bombay High Court for exemption in appearance. I am the sole earner of my family. For some reason, I don't want to approach the lower Sessions court for exemption. Thank You for your time and help.
You have to furnish the exemption application to the session court first and obtain the order of the court on reasonable acceptable and bonafide ground. If court rejects application then only you can challange the order in the High Court. Directly if you will file at high court the high court will say you to file application first in session court. Please note.
