Eligibility Of Gratuity At The End Of Retirement

I am a respondent in a case preferred by CBI authorities in High court against a judgement of CBI court Visakhapatnam. My services coming to an end within one year. The case may not come to bench for review and it may take another 5 years. In this situation whether I will get my gratuity along with other emolments at the end of my service/retirement.kindly let me know.
