Dwelling House Rights (Ancestral/Self Acquired)

18-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My Grandmother and married aunts are not letting me in my Grandfather's house, which is acquired by my great grand father. As my father and grandfather passed away with a will making my grandmother absolute owner of the property. My aunts (i.e. grandfather's daughters) and grandmother are intentionally not letting me enter the dwelling house stating that it adversely affects my grandmother's health. The dwelling house being my great grand fathers, Is there a way to challenge it and file an application to protect my interest in the house?? The partition for the house has not yet happened and is a running case in district court. Thus, as per my understanding it does not make the house self acquired by my grandfather and remains ancestral. Need an Experts Legal Advise and immediate help on this!

as you are stating that one case is already is going on and will is also been done in name of your grandfather so to protect your right and your interest it is mandatory to file an application on your behalf so that whatever the decision comes in future it does not affect your right as well as your interest so just to save it become a necessary party in the case and contest contested equally
