3yearsago I was caught drunken driving.I was 18 and didnt knew the law then.I didnt have license back then(i was a license holder) nor rc.Vehicle was impounded with a challan handed to me asked to visit court next day(I guess my bac was 58and no other charges mentioned).Next day I hired the first person I met in the court.He made me to sign some papers and asked me to remain silent when magistrate called my name.The magistrate called and wrote something.The person asked me to give him 1000rs.When I asked him to show my paperwork and receipt he said that I was done nothing to worry and handed me a paper ' release order' written on it.I was scared and needed my vehicle urgently.Later I visited police station and my vehicle was released.THREE questions:Is there a chance that there might be something pending in court that i dont know about as I didnt understood a single thing then?I am preparing for govt job will there be any problem in future?Can i know about cases pending/disposed? how to check drink and drive case online?
