Doubt on death which is framing as sucide of a husband ..............

4 months back, we got a call that my Elder brother committed sucide at his home and he was no more. When he committed sucide only he , his wife and 11months daughter were there at home. In police station my sister in law given statement that, due to conflicts between them he committed sucide. She told that, my brother committed sucide in master bedroom of 2BHK by locking the door from inside and at that time she was in hall.she saw the incident( my brother hanging) from out side window and without informing anyone, she went to master bedroom from child bedroom ( where two bathrooms of bedrooms are beside each other with 7 ft wall of 10 ft ceiling). Then she alone stepped down him from hanging. Now we have the following quiries on this incident. 1.After she ( his wife) saw the incident , why doesn't she informed neighbors for help. 3. As she is 5ft, how can she jump 7ft wall 4. How can she tie down him alone from hanging. plz respond me to listen the quiries as limit of words reached
