that a proxy criminal FIR through the face of a third person, set up by the officers of limited company against me to put prssure on me to forgo my civil cases against the company. the complainant was an individual who was not an employee or associated with the limited company. the proxy criminal case was quashed as th complainant admitted before court under affidavit that fir was registered on the telling of the limited company. there after in another civil case the limited company produced copies of legal expenses of the bills submitted by its counsels spent by them in various cases. that it was then noticed that few copies of legal bills pertained to the same above proxy criminal case got registered by the company against me. the company admitted the legal bills as its own. now can i file complaintand what are my options i.e. defamation etc.
