Daily Unnecessary Harrashment

Sir, two local residing guys they were doing unnecessary harashment they only come to fight they only hitting then they them selves hurting with blades and go govt hospital for mlc and doing counter cases is there any advice what we have to do legally by court
If they have registered case its better to take bail first, in order to avoid harassment by police. If the complaint is false you can approch High Court under section 482 and get the case quashed against you.
