Criminal Case For False Sale Deed Registration

My wife has falsely made sale deed registration to another party taking undue advantage of her name in khata extract which was challenged in the court and lost by her, mere taking advantage of me as I was in gulf, now I have come to know regarding registration of the plots and I have given objection in the muncipality not to do mutation. As I have won the plots in the court..what criminal case should I file about the false sale deed done by my wife and the party also to the witnesses and where to be filed.plz help out with this issue.
