Confession Made To Police When Relevant?...and when it is not admissible in court...?...............
Any Confession made to the Police can be revoked in Court. Henceforth, Police need to prove that earlier confession made by the accused before them should be relied upon & why such confession was a genuine and honest one. Police Confessions are admissible in court when Police can prove that such confession was not taken by force or under pressure or by luring the accused.
