Complete procedure of crpc 482 and how to get a bail for arrest warran

Sir/madam
I had a fight with a lady in village they registered a fir against me and ipc354 is there . Later that matter was amicably settled between us in local village . Now that matter is with court and I got a notice to present in court but I could not make to present in court now arrest warrant against me . Crpc482 is filled in high court . What is the procedure to finish the proceeding for once and all . Both party agree to finish the matter earliest but advocate playing foul and keeping everything afloat .
