Complaint against the sexual harassment to a male.

I'm a male i was sexually abused by a person when i was 8 years old and he was a juvenile and may be an adult can i take any action , it took me a long time to cope up with social norms that a male child can not be abused , i was depressed then i consulted a psychotherapist now i feel better and i dont want to be in depression for whole of my life because of that......pls help me
No you cannot take any action - as a lot of time has lapsed how will you prove the allegation against the person that sexual harassment was done on you when you were a kid - why it took you so long to file a complaint now - you can write a written complaint but its difficult that any action can be taken against the person
