Clarification on marrying again without giving divorce

4 years back he married a divorced women secretly and promised to live together. His mom not agreeing our relation and threatening him that she will die so he is getting married another girl in this month. Please guide me.
Hi, Please approach the State Women's Commission for redressal of your issue and stop of this marriage with another girl. Meanwhile you may also approach the Hon'ble Court for intervention to stop the marriage which is illegal in nature under Law.
