Clarification on grounds for quashing of CRL case of defamation

Someone has filed a CRL case of defamation on me but he is not having enough evidence to prove his case and I want to quash this Case as i am having few evidence against him.
Don't be worry if you are strong on this case
He can't prove it without any evedence the burdon of proof is in him
He should prove his defamation.
And don't be fast wait and watch him and after the decision in your favor you can file a cross case on him
