I am Christian and married to 8 years, their was this guy from Andhra Pradesh with whom I had a love relationship from last 3 years.my husband know a about it and also was convinced to give me divorce.this guy had convinced me to marry me and we also got physical.he married me in temple in Delhi of which I don't have any prove. He has also taken a lot of money around 1.5 to 2 lac which is clearly seen in my bank account statement. I also gave him a bike worth rupees 1.50 lac but in cash. I do have all the proof.i tried to convince him repeatedly but he clearly said he will not marry me, nor he will give me the money back . He broke my trust, my family, further in 4th October i visited him in Raipur.he raped me and has kept some of the videos. He often threats me he will upload the pictures and video if I force him to marry me.i have kept the audio clips where he has accepted of raping me and taking money from me.ow i want to put him behind the bar against cheating and rape.plz help me

you have been in intimate relation with your boy friend . you are already married and your husband has been ready to divorce . Now you have been cheated by BF and you also helped him in need . After all this you went to meet him at raipur and there at you have been raped and your Video has been made and also with tis video he is threatening to viral.
Now you feel cheated with this all, my opinion is that you should file a FIR against him fir raping and making video and extortion for money by threatening at your nearest Police station where you reside . For further Legal action or filing of FIR and 8nstitution 9f case at court can be assisted , you may consult, ASAP.
