what points of rejection as per character and antecedents certificate if individual join from private to Govt sector job.
And, During character verification process ,if previous pvt. company's employer said ,xyz employee behavior was not good without any legal cases then whether will get govt jobs or not .

Without any basis if such negative report is given you can approach High Court or Tribunal.
The government organisation need not base its decision on such feeding. You need worry if anythig happens just approach the Service Tribunal or High Court
