Case quashed in HC does it mean it’s over

22-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello, Thanks for reading this and helping me out. My case is quashed in HC and I have the sealed order with me. Does this mean the case is permanently over and I can stop worrying about it? Is it possible that the case can reopen?

1. You would have mentioned the nature of the offence to provide you better opinion.

2. Having HC quash order, does not mean that case is quashed and can not be reviewed.

3. It is wise to wait till IO file closure report with lower court.
