Can someone give 60% of his property to 2nd wife if 1st wife is living

Sir/Madam may anyone give his 60% from his property share to his 2nd wife though he has his live first wife and 2 daughter's??
) your second marriage during subsistence of earlier marriage is illegal and a nullity. As per the Hindu Marriage Act, 1958, any second marriage contracted by a Hindu male during the life time of his first wife shall be void and the second wife shall not be entitled for anything.
but the only way you have is to write a will only if the property is self acquired and not ancestral in nature towards the lady (2nd wife)
