Can I get a refund from PW?..!!..!!..

To lodge a refund complaint with Physics Wallah (PW), contact their customer support at [email protected] or call 09150-788737 / 09150-788737 (9 am - 9 pm). Grievances can be escalated to the Grievance Redressal Officer at grievance.
First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

You can certainly get your refund provided certain conditions are fulfilled.
In many cases refund can be as much as 100% of the amount charged.
You need to first issue legal notice of demand and if they do not respond, you can either go to consumer court or for recovery.

Yes or no depends upon whether you have signed any form or contract that states fees is non refundable , whether you have used their services or not , what made you draw back your fees, if you have not
Signed anything or during enrollment with them they don’t share the non refundable scheme than you might get your refund by sending a legal notice with all the facts and details through but if you have used their services or signed the form than it must be difficult but can be vary on other facts also
