Can i complain against my gf who cheat me after 2.5yrs of s*x?

We are muslim. We are in relationship from 7years and physical relation from last 2 and half years. Now her family is not accepting me,but she wants me. Can i make complain against her family or against her?
Go and get married to her under special marriage act if you both have attainded majority as well as take friends as witnesses and get married, if you get married under special marriage act only divorce can put you apart as well as upon sign certificate in special marriage act, marriage is complete
