Can i be accused of theft if i was standing or sitting next to someone

Can i be accused of theft just because i was standing or sitting next to someone and the person realises he lost his phone or wallet once I'm gone.
no you can not be accused just because just ur sitting next to the other person. in this case you can not be held liable untill and unless they do not have any proof agaisnt you. as well as in the condition when the recovery of stolen article s have been done ftom you.
