Bail Against U/Sec 151 Same Day Or Next Day?
Once report is filed u/s 151 and there is an arrest person is kept in police custody until produced in front of magistrate which is to be done within 24 hours.
Person can be produced before the magistrate before 4. If arrest is made later in the evening or at night then bail will be next day otherwise bail can be the same day if arrest is made in the morning or noon and produced before the magistrate the same day.
