Appplicability of section 452 of Ipc

A dispute arise in a commercial building where I am a tenant since 1985 and petitioner is also running business in same building. He have purchased some portion of said building before some time. Police logged a FIR u/s 323, 341, and 452 .
For same incident I have to go judicial custody for 24 hrs u/s 151 of crpc.
Said building is used by both of us for commercial purpose.
Please suggest.

it's a criminal offence and police paudhe a fir under above all section but every section is bailable offense so you don't worry
police can't arrest you but a case will count against you
if this fir is false then you should go to highcourt under section 482 crpc
