Ancestral property sold without our knowledge

02-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I do not have the sale deed. Mother and two brothers have done it. One brother is in USA My daughter is the great grand daughter. Want to confirm if this is a case of cheating and how and whom against to proceed and in the interim can the sales proceeds/assets be frozen.

hi
it is not a case of cheating as your daughter does not have any right on ancestral property when you are alive. law granting grand children rights over ancestral property is no longer valid that too when father is alive has been done away please contact your lawyer
