Hi, charged with IPC 302 and 380 , it's 90 days, and still haven't got bail, and the chargesheet had also been filed, now how long will it take for Bail.

hi
now that chargesheet is filed, the accused can move the sessions court for regular bail and if sessions court rejects the bail, the accused can move the high court for bail.
however bail is subject to certain conditions such as no previous conviction history, previous disputes between accused and deceased etc
