Advise Required For CDR Which Had Wife Used In Court

In my 498a case chargesheet was submitted before court in march 2020 for FIR registered in 2019 april. In sep 2020 my wife joined police and somehow she managed to get my CDR in Jan 2021 with help of police department which she had now submitted in court. She had not taken court order for CDR and how police can help her in giving my CDR after 8 month of submitting chargsheet? Is it not breach of my privacy? Can police do like this? On what ground? What action I can take in court and on police and my wife please advise.
in your case you can get challanged the whole case in the court on the grounds which you have mentioned here is havings very bright chances tht your over all case may get destryoyed and you can get free from the trapping of fake case of 498 a as your wife is alreadyba police officer so it will a very big plus point for your case to get destroyed.
