Advice in case girl filed case of cyber crime

Sir, I am accused of stalking by a girl. I sent some mails to her conveying my love on her but she felt the other way. She approached police. They checked the mails. And felt since there is no abuse, tell her sorry and write a sorry and undertaking letter and hand over it to her for her future security. I did it and never never mailed her back. This happened on may 9 2018. But two days before from now, police called me again to come as I insulted her in my WhatsApp status that day. I told them it's my phone and I have right to express my pain and anger. But didn't disturb her. But police are not listening. How can I defend myself. Can't I express anger on my phone device. What's their right to question my WhatsApp status!??.
