I wanted to take admission in DIET for Btc but I did not get admission because my merit was low. Now I came to know a person whose merit was much lower than but me got admission in DIET by submitting fake marksheet. His age is 40 years but according to fake marksheet of High school he is just 28 year older. Can I file FIR against him.
