Sir if the bribe is given to the public officer by the employee of the commercial organization then sec 8 of the PC act 1988 will be apply to that employee or not??

Yes if PC act case is registered against government employee and private company employee is involved in bribing him or her, case can be registered against such employee of private firm. however we can give better advice after knowing all facts of case
