What is section 313 crpc n what happens next to it.. will the decision be given on the same day after section 313 statement or another date will be given?
section 313 is the basic step and a really important procedure, an accused is given an opportunity to tell the magistrate how not guilty he is, whatever he says during section 313 cannot be used against him in the trial, but he can use this opportunity to state the facts before the court if he can.
