Hi someone hit me with Maruti Suzuki on 15th March 6pm I was on my motorcycle and he ran away. I went to please they said "isme tmhari bhi galti Ho Sakti hai" and said ki you will have to court and the case may go on for years and u will have to visit court. Then I said ok I don't wanna complain I just want you to give that person a warning. Because I don't want to waste my time on that evil man. What should I do now? I have that man's vehicle number but I do not want a endless case. But I want him to admit his mistake
You should use the RTO application to find the owner's name from the vehicle number and thereafter file a written complaint before the police. If they don't oblige, approach the commissioner by way of a written qpplication. Thereafter approach the court if no action taken by either. Court will certainly give you your desired relief.
